Fracção habitacional degradada e inabitada nas últimas 3 décadas revelando algumas patologias na construção e na estrutura. Com duas portas de serventia para a circulação e caixa de escadas, promoveu-se a divisão da fracção em dois acolhedores apartamentos de reduzidas dimensões. Solução garantida com introdução de materiais existentes e desenho dos pavimentos de instalação sanitária e cozinha da época.

The residential area of the building, that is deteriorated and uninhabitaded from the last 3 decades, shows some constructive and structural problems.

The two service doors, used for circulation and stairway, have promoted the division of the area into two confortable small size apartments.

The result is guaranteed by using the existing materials and the toilet and kitchen's floor tiles from that time.
